Poiema Christian Fellowship is a small, organic, love filled church. We began this church plant in 2005 in very humble circumstances- many remember that time as us being “The Alley Church.”

Sandwiched between Goodwill and Zubies Restaurant in Huntington Beach, we spent our first years in deep worship and prayer with a very small core group of Godly men and women. The Spirit was rich, the room so small. We can reminisce about such things as the Upper Room when Christ had sweet fellowship with his beloved disciples… this time seemed such as that. All at the feet of Christ, prayerful, worshipful and faithful. Poiema continues it’s sweet reliance on Jesus Christ, faithful, worshipful and ever praying! Poiema is a mobil church. We remain flexible to move and do whatsoever our LORD leads us to do. We don’t take offerings . We are simply meeting to worship and study the bible together. We teach through books of the bible, verse by verse. Worship music is both traditional and modern.
